POLO TRIP INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

Included:

  • All lodging for 3 nights (double occupancy).
  • All meals at the lodge and in the field
  • Fully stocked Open Bar with all local spirits, wines, and beer.
  • All ground transportation to/from polo fields.
  • Profesional polo guides, easy horses and polo club.
  • Bilingual host and expert guides.
  • All local taxes and service charges. 

Not Included:

  • Airfare (international and domestic).
  • Polo equipment ($60 per person per day – mallets, helmets & horse riding leggings).
  • Private room surcharge if available ($100 per person).
  • Ground Transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airport/hotel $75 per person.
  • Masseuses; Laundry service; Phone calls; Shopping trips and tours, Horseback riding, any items of a strictly personal nature.
  • Baggage overweight charges; Personal and baggage insurance; Cost of itinerary modifications requested by passenger.

Black River Outfitters

Five-star lodge accommodations, with a gourmet and pastry chef preparing daily, mouth-watering menus to order from. There is a full wait staff, a butler, & each hunter has their own personal bird assistant in the field reloading their gun for them and providing them with refreshments; on site masseuses and more!

Beretta Arms manufacturers uses the lodge every year to field test their state of the art firearms before their new product line hits the market.  Beretta comes back year after year to experience the Flyway lodge, which resides in the largest dove roost in the world of over 60 MILLION dove annually!

BLACK RIVER OUTFITTERS Hunting and Fishing Outfitter assists with all travel services needed in order to make the trip booking experience seamless.

We are the only outfitter in Argentina & Uruguay that has a purpose for our harvested dove. We have built two community centers in which we donate our harvested dove to underprivileged children and their families.

DOVE TRIP INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

  • All meals at the lodge and in the field (white-table cloth lunch provided in the field between hunts).
  • Fully stocked Open Bar with all local spirits, wines, and beer. Refreshments provided in the field.
  • 6 Dove Hunts  AM + PM.
  • Bilingual host and expert guides.
  • WI-FI internet access.
  • All ground transportation to the field in and out every day AM + PM.
  • Personal Bird Assistant for each hunter.

Not Included:

  • Airfare (international and domestic).
  • Shells ($22,75 per box of 25).
  • Argentina Dove Hunting License ($75 per person per day).
  • Gun entry ($120 per gun) if hunter decides to bring their own gun.
  • Gun Rental $85 (per person per day).
  • Hunting Field Fee $250 (per person).
  • Ground Transportation to and from the Cordoba airport/hotel $250 per person.
  • Masseuses; Laundry service; Phone calls; Shopping trips and tours, Horseback riding, any items of a strictly personal nature.
